Dr. Sally Hambly Supports doctors in making healthy life and career choices that put their well-being at the centre. She does 1 on 1 workshops and coaching.
She's worked in the NHS for 24 years, sometimes happily, sometimes not so much. Periods of overwhelm, including trying to balance it with motherhood and everything that entails, keen to stay in clinical medicine but unsure how to achieve this without selling her soul.
A few years ago she heard about coaching and it was a gamechanger! "I would have made some different decisions if I had come across coaching earlier".
But it certainly now gives her the opportunity to support others who find themselves unsure whether or not they want to continue navigating the world of medicine. To work out how to do that, or how to step out.
