In this episode we talk about change and how it can affect our sense of security. We never know what’s going to happen in the future and we don’t know the Universe’s plan for us, but we just have to surrender and trust. The universe is always supporting us in all that we do. Patience is necessary for change. Don’t give up. We all have patterns and programming that have been engrained in us since we were born, and it takes time to change learned behavior and to evolve and grow as souls.
