'Sue Prabhaat' is how you say good morning in my mother tongue Hindi and as it's noticeable that I've customized the podcast title with my own name Sue, that's because I want to bring light into people's lives through my little effort here. Sharing some love and wisdom, talking about life, expressing and evolving together, that's how this podcast will sunbeam into the lives of my listeners. I won't call it one of those motivational podcasts but if hearing my perspectives on life does make your life easier to deal with, then that'd be my soul food. Happy listening!

Take a Break ~| Sue Prabhaat 04 |~

We have never been taught how to relax, how to take care of ourselves in a positive, nurturing way (not just going on a vacation or out for an expensive dinner).I think it's important to try to be present with whatever it is you're doing. And if you can't be present, take a break.

Is there a place you can go to break away for a little while? If you haven't yet built your tree house, it's never too late to start. When things are not happening as planned just stop worrying and take an unplanned break to regain yourself. Everyone needs a break to refuel, recharge, and jump back in full throttle. What's the hurry? Come bring your favorite tea or coffee and feel it's aroma with your eyes closed and listen to me.  We deserve to slow down once in a while.

Now would be the perfect time to delve within you and learn to unlearn and then reset your beliefs. Now I want you to close your eyes,  go to your mind, go to your heart, go to your soul and listen, Feel all that you do. Keep feeling.

Thank you for allowing me to sunbeam into your life. I'm Sue, your podcast host, sending you lots of love and good vibes!
