'Sue Prabhaat' is how you say good morning in my mother tongue Hindi and as it's noticeable that I've customized the podcast title with my own name Sue, that's because I want to bring light into people's lives through my little effort here. Sharing some love and wisdom, talking about life, expressing and evolving together, that's how this podcast will sunbeam into the lives of my listeners. I won't call it one of those motivational podcasts but if hearing my perspectives on life does make your life easier to deal with, then that'd be my soul food. Happy listening!

Appreciation Culture ~| Sue Prabhaat 03 |~

Why do we always want something that even we don't give away? We have to be willing to give more. Appreciate others for what they're doing whether it makes a difference in your life or not. Your few good words to people may not make big difference......but it'll make some difference. It'll not take anything from you to encourage others but it'll give a lot to them. Feeling appreciated is one of the most important needs that people have. When you share with someone your appreciation and gratitude, they will not forget you. Appreciation will return to you many times.

Let's bring back the Appreciation Culture. If we all take care of another and go the extra mile to appreciate and play together, we all gain - each one of us is lifted up.

Now would be the perfect time to delve within you and learn to unlearn and then reset your beliefs. Now I want you to close your eyes,  go to your mind, go to your heart, go to your soul and listen, Feel all that you do. Keep feeling.

Thank you for allowing me to sunbeam into your life. I'm Sue, your podcast host, sending you lots of love and good vibes!
