Tim started his career as broker leasing ground floor retail in New York City where he saw the potential to change his life for himself and his future by getting his own skin in the game. He is now a successful real estate entrepreneur who currently multifamily complexes and has over 3,200 units under management. Tim also launched a fund in 2019 for his accredited passive investors.
