Markus Schnizer runs Center for Body Awareness in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He has 20 years of experience in hands-on work, blending techniques from the Grinberg method and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). He also draws a lot from his experience of performing on stage, as a dancer and actor. He has studied Alexander Technique extensively, and trained as a facilitator of Circling and a steward of We-Flow. He also teaches body awareness to film actors, and runs workshops for hands-on practitioners in Amsterdam.
