Welcome to Subjective Cinema, where I interview my favorite people about their favorite movies. Sure, it's a thinly-veiled ploy to stay in touch with people across the country, but it's also a great time, talking with smart people about the things they love. Art by Lara Barton. Theme music is "Spring Chicken" by Bryan Teoh. (Marked explicit for cursing. Anything more serious will be indicated in the description on an episode-to-episode basis)

Night at the Museum (feat. Cameron Mitchell)

Today I'm talking with my darling wife about a movie that captivated the kids of the 2000's! Or at least captivated enough of us to get two sequels.

(Minor CW: brief mentions of the holocaust, as it is Cameron's field of study as a historian.)

We'll be talking about the importance of learning about history, the accuracy of the casting, good kids comedy, use of color, the late great Robin Williams, and more. Tune in, and see how the museum comes to life after dark.
