She tells some great stories about being confident and up front about her stutter, especially in the workplace and when she waitresses.

Being discouraged or nervous about your stutter is ok! Just know that with time and help, you too can build your self-confidence and stutter openly. It'll be a process and will take courage, but you have it in you, you can do it!
