Week 12: Catechism Study: Original Sin, Baptizing Children and why do we say "And in Jesus Christ Our Lord"

What does the name Jesus mean?  What about Christ?  People called Jesus the "Son of God" but it wasn't until Peter professed it that Jesus said "my Father has revealed this to you."

Also, Baptizing infants in the Catholic Church may seem strange to some but it's a revelation to the Church and a certainty of faith.  If we understand the Fall, Original Sin, the loss of Original Holiness, we'll note that it's imperative that we baptize everyone, including infants.

But why didn't God help Adam from sinning to begin with?  Ernest will summarize what the Catechism of the Catholic Church says on this topic.  Paragraph 7: The Fall, Chapter 2: "And in Jesus Christ, His Only Son Our Lord."
