In this episode, Eugene W. Grant had an engaging conversation with Ms. Shavon Dotson, who is founder of Dotson-King Consulting. Ms. Dotson talked about how she got started in her business and some of the challenges she faced. During the show she gave advice on how to get started stating, "Like Nike said, Just do it."
