hieeee friends guess who is back... mikaylaaaaa *clapping sounds* we recapped a bit on what we been up to and then jumped in to todays topic. projecting is something we all do and are usually unaware of it when we do project. we go into why people project in the first place which is our egos. our egos don't allow us to take responsibility and takes everything so personally when it isn't in reality. our insecurities and emotions can send us into this delusional world where we associate our identity with those emotions and insecurities because they don't define us. we touched so many good points and share a bit about how middle school affected us greatly. thank you mikayla for bringing your amazing knowledge and energy to the podcast. thank y'all for listening and hope we got y'all thinking and took something away from the episode. <33333
