hey friends im back from the dead. I may have gone ghost mode trying to get thru my seasonal depression era. I elaborate a bit about what was going on with me with a side of family drama. yuck. anyways I also get into the topic of constantly wanting more and how it can be our downfall. wanting is this evil cycle of unfulfillment, jealousy and more... we have to focus on what we do have instead of what we don't. the things that we want are never going to come our way if we don't value what we have and are focusing on what we don't have, making ourselves miserable. don't make yourself miserable y'all.
