I’ll walk you through the “big three” female sex hormones—estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone—what they do, how they shift throughout your cycle, and how those changes show up in your workouts, your mood, and your results.
I’ll also share simple ways to support your hormone health naturally, like eating enough (yes, really), managing stress, sleeping better, and training smarter.
