He plays the main character Benny, a high school football hero and valedictorian who goes to college and starts his journey of coming out as a gay man. Not all goes smoothly as Benny, his new best friend Connie and the friends and families all come along for the ride. You’ll hear music from Britney Spears, Charlie XCX (who also appears in the show and is an executive producer), Maroon 5, Sky Ferrera, Nicky Minaj, Lorde and more.
