You might not have noticed, but over the last number of years as "influencing" on the internet has become an industry, dietitians, doctors, personal trainers and others have jumped into it. There is a concerning trend recently which involves some of them encouraging you to eat refined carbohydrates and processed sugar and to include it in your daily diet. So why are these influencers so keen to tell us what we want to hear as sugar addicted westerners, instead of what we NEED to hear?
