This episode disects an interview by Steven Bartlett and Dr Tim Spector on Diary of a CEO. Many sensational claims were made in this episode and I was asked for my thoughts on it by one of our clients. I intended to write a post about it, but in the end I had so many thoughts on it I decided to make it a podcast episode. We look at claims made around the following: -Does protein make us fat? - Are we getting more than enough protein? - Processed v Non processed food - We don't need 8 glasses of water per day. - Should we just eat "a little meat"? - What about Ozempic? - Should we take any supplements?
