From humble beginnings in southwestern Ontario Canada, Jordan currently travels the world lecturing and consulting on applied biomechanics, sports performance, and injury risk management.

Being a specialist in athlete performance Jordan has such defined experience in prescribing the correct methods to train from being a powerlifter and a lengthy background in S&C.

Incorporating the sciences behind the way we recover is so important, Jordan explains the journey and how the RX programme came to life.

Jordan explains the delivery methods he uses in the programme to help you define your own correct movement when performing certain exercises and the importance of it.
