Episode 26 - Beginning in 2007, an individual was breaking into people's homes in the area of Tweed and Belleville in Ontario, Canada. They would pose in women’s and girl’s undergarments and steal them. The same thing began happening in the Ottawa suburb of Orleans, but these crimes started to escalate. Police believed that as this person kept evading authorities, they would become more emboldened with their crimes, sinking deeper into their fantasy. Their worst fears were realized. In 2009, a woman was found murdered in her home and another woman was reported missing a few months later. Police would eventually find their suspect, but it was the last person they expected.
