Straight Forward Conversations

A podcast where we embrace the challenging terrain of tricky conversations, where honesty meets empathy, and vulnerability meets strength. Join me as we peel back the layers of our lives, delving into the uncomfortable and awkward conversations we'd rather not have. I've been there, where it's easier to avoid a conversation than front up and communicate it. And ultimately, it has cost me; friends, romantic relationships, family members, professional contacts, the list goes on. What I have learned though, is that no matter where you are at in your life, how old you are, what job or work you do, there will always, always, be uncomfortable conversations to be had. We can choose if we continue to avoid them, or to find a way to have them. Let's discover a new perspective on having these conversations. Let's uncover what it takes to get past the uncomfortable icky part, to the end result of clarity, learning and growth, whatever that might look like. Let's grow through what we go through and turn the awkward conversations into straight forward ones!
