Tommy was a trusty turtle, known throughout the pond for his wisdom, his gentle nature, and his incredible ability to tell the time. He lived in a peaceful pond where he spent his days basking on lily pads, swimming slowly through the water, and helping his friends with all their problems. Tommy’s special skill was to know exactly what time it was, by using the sun and the way the light shimmered across the water. He wanted to share his talents with all of the other animals.
