In the second chapter of 1 Timothy, the Apostle Paul instructs the church to pray for all people -- specifically, for the salvation of all people. Why should we do that? Paul gives three reasons. God desires the salvation of all people, our confession of faith demands that we invite all people into this salvation, and the death of Christ is sufficient for the salvation of all people. So, let's pray for it!
