The target audience for this podcast series are young professionals, innovators, humanitarians, social entrepreneurs and philanthropists who are keen to solve some of the most pressing challenges of our time.

Sepideh Keyvanshad has been serving as Mission Director for USAID/Nepal since August 2020. She has worked within the US Government in a variety of roles, including the Department of State and the National Security Council, and as a Foreign Service Officer with USAID since 2000. She also served as Senior Advisor for Assistance at the State Department Office of the Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Program Manager Lead for State/USAID Redesign, and Director for International Economic Affairs for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the National Security Council to name few.

In this episode of Story of Innovation, Sepideh shares her experience on how bringing people from different background into a meaningful conversation fosters innovation. She also highlights some powerful innovation practices that she has come across whilst leading the USAID works in Nepal.
