Kerry talks about the programs, and families share a couple of stories to give a better understanding of what families experience while staying at the Ronald McDonald House, as well talks about how the staff and medical teams and other community collaborations make the experience a comforting and safe one for the families without worry.

She says they don’t say no, but rather “Let’s figure this out”.
