Tami Imlay: Memorial Day Honor, Grief is not the Center of your Story, Fast Track your Healing
Certified NeuroCoach, Host of Her Restored Spirit Podcast, Certified Master Enneagram Coach, Tami Imlay, in true enneagram 1 fashion grieved the loss of her husband to the best of her ability. Reflecting deep and true healing from her loving Father, she is now able to use all the hard details of her past to offer hope and life to others through coaching.
Her late husband, USAF soldier, paid the ultimate sacrifice while on deployment when their kids were only 4 and 2 years old. We honor him and we honor their family today. We are so grateful for both Tami and her husband's service in the US Air Force.
In today's episode Tami shares her story of grieving this tragic loss but we also celebrate that loss is not the center of her story. She has discovered life after loss and joy amidst sadness. She shares how to fast track your healing and shares real tools for addressing the pain in your life. It is tangible. It is real and it is hope for your life.
