Meteorites

Hello everybody, and welcome back to Stones&Bones. In this podcast, we'll be talking about meteorites. While meteorites aren't technically a gemstone, they're a very interesting rock and I thought that mixing it up every once in a while wouldn't hurt. Anyways, meteorites are a rock that has had a huge impact on the Earth's history and life as we know it. If the meteor that caused the Cretaceous extinction period would've veered just a bit more to the right or slowed down just a bit, we could've been living with dinosaurs! I hope you enjoy! Also, Happy One Year Anniversary!

Why was the sedimentary rock extra cheap?

Because it was on shale.
