The Stoics understood the importance of valuing yourself mentally and physically. They regularly spoke of how important it is for you to look after yourself through physical exercise, exposure to adversity and safeguarding your mental health

We talk about yoga from Eastern and Western perspectives, and use our knowledge as physiotherapists to relate yogic teachings to scientific and anatomical principles
