Our guest is Roger Klinth, President of Marie Cederschiöld University. As a historian specialising in Swedish family policy with a special focus on fatherhood, he knows all about Sweden's historical struggle for gender equality and how the political arguments were formulated for reforming both labour market and the family’s dynamics, with better conditions for both women and men.
