From hospitality management to sommelier to all around chef, Frankie Rodono knew early in his life that he had a servant’s heart which led him to his calling to fly to Thailand to serve, teach, cook, and guide dozens of underprivileged but enthusiastic kids and teenagers for 11 months. We also share our love and sadness for Anthony Bourdain who had a major impact on our lives.
