
I have spent a very long time fighting with my emotions. For many of us who struggle with our emotions or mental health our feelings have turned into something that we are in constant battle with. Every time an uncomfortable emotion comes up our first instinct is how can I get rid of this.
Emotions are NOT our enemy, however, they are there to tell us something about the world. As we begin to tune into our emotions we can then learn and understand more of what our body is trying to tell us and access our deeply unique and authentic selves.
