These guided meditations are intended to bring the individual to total inner peace and fully relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress, I endeavor to create meditations suitable for all regardless of faiths, backgrounds, beliefs or philosophies. My meditations are mostly based on secular mindfulness with elements of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality)

This particular Guided Meditation is a powerful method of introducing ten minutes of pure inner peace to each morning in order to alleviate anxiety and stress. By spending ten minutes of time intentionally remaining fully present without immediately getting lost in the usual narratives of the mind you can begin the day from a space of calmness, groundedness and inner peace. In time this results in a more present way of being in life and ultimately removes stress.
