Having suffered with anxiety, depression, stress, addiction and obesity myself and subsequently recovered I can attest to the power of these practices and principles to achieve a full recovery and total transformation.In this episode I explain the principles of the infinite universal consciousness model of reality and how to experience pure consciousness for yourself. I speak on how this principle and experience helped me to overcome my struggles with mental health.


In this podcast I endeavor to explain the principles of enlightenment and spiritual awakening, without the usual trappings of using spiritual language and terminology or introducing new beliefs or faiths.


Ultimately the peace felt from recognizing the truth of your being is undeniable, once experienced everything else begins to fall into place.
