In this series I'm exploring and explaining the various rpactices and principles in spirituality and meditation that have been so helpful for me in recovering from anxiety, depression, addiction and obesity. I utilise the wisdom and knowledge that has been recorded throughout history and apply it to the present day.

In this episode I speak on the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta, and take a somewhat light hearted approach to answering the questions of meaning and purpose. Advaita is often translated as 'Nonduality' but I take the slightly controversial approach of translating instead to mean 'Nonseparation' - Through a deep enquiry into the background belief we tend to have about being somehow 'apart' from the universe and rediscovering the sense of unity, oneness all existential questions and confusion ceases and peace is attained.
