These guided meditations are intended to bring the individual to total inner peace and fully relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress, I endeavor to create meditations suitable for all regardless of faiths, backgrounds, beliefs or philosophies. My meditations are mostly based on secular mindfulness with elements of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality)

This particular Guided Meditation is especially useful for those who have been practicing meditation for some time and are finding they are stuck, blocked or stagnating on the path. Through a full and total letting go of any expectation one can rediscover natural presence without any models or concepts that the mind will have been constructing during meditative practice.
