These guided meditations are intended to bring the individual to total inner peace and fully relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress, I endeavor to create meditations suitable for everyone regardless of faiths, backgrounds, beliefs or philosophies. My meditations are mostly based on secular mindfulness with elements of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality)
This practice is based on a complete and total acceptance of the Now, whatever the current moment contains just a pure and direct "Yes" to this moment. This releases the usual resistance or avoidance of Now and brings the individual to an immediate sense of calm and true inner peace.
