These guided meditations are intended to bring the individual to total inner peace and fully relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress, I endeavor to create meditations suitable for all regardless of faiths, backgrounds, beliefs or philosophies. My meditations are mostly based on secular mindfulness with elements of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality) 


This meditation is based on the principles of 'Shadow Work' as well as elements of Kashmir Shaivism and Tantra. Suitable for all but particularly those who are seeking to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. Particularly if you are in the space of recovering from past hurts.
