Today’s topic is something that doesn’t just happen at work. It happens at school, at the grocery store, even at home! Microaggressions, or as today’s guest calls them, aggressions are a very real and very serious problem.
Dr. Ebbie Parsons III is the co-Founder of Yardstick Management. He’s worked with major companies like Facebook, Netflix, and Amazon to support their work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
