In this first pilot episode, Stijn Staes turns the microphone around. This time, he’s the one being interviewed.
Scott Russel sits down with Stijn for an open and honest conversation about his personal journey, his search for authenticity and what it truly means to “become human again.”
Together, they explore the questions that inspired the book and podcast:
💭 What happens when success and ambition no longer feel fulfilling?
💬 How do we lead — and live — from the heart?
A thoughtful beginning to a new chapter of meaningful dialogue.

#104 Henk Fransen: 'Many top managers can not relax anymore'.
#104 Henk Fransen graduated as a doctor in 1985 and worked in hospitals in India and Africa. In the years that followed, he studied many alternative medicines and the self-healing capacity of people.
He also conducted extensive research into the essence of so-called spontaneous healings. He summarized his work at that time with the following sentence: 'I stand for one medicine, namely medicine that combines the best of all forms of medicine, at the service of the patient/human being.'
Due to what has been happening in the world in recent years, Henk realizes more than ever that it is impossible for us to remain healthy in a society in which fear, coercion and control win out over humanity.
He focusses on the importance of building a healthy relationship with the fantastically beautiful planet on which we temporarily reside. That is why he transformed his work from sick to healthy, from treatment to prevention, from self-healing to increasing your frequency for the highest good of all living things. He is pioniering in this field of medicine and view on life in general.
Henk gives workshops and lectures all over Holland. In this podcast we will elaborate the importance for leaders to be concious about the state of the world we are in , what leaders can do about it and what kind of change that requires.
