This women’s month, we’re putting the spotlight on powerful Filipinas, who are working towards empowering women in STEM!

In this episode, we invited Sandy Noche, CEO and co-founder of BRAVE, a start-up that aims to provide accessible and affordable medical services to the urban poor. She is also the Team leader for Supply Chain Analytics in Emerson. Here she tackles important topics in STEM such as the gender gap, the participation of young women in the STEM workforce, and how we can make STEM education more gender-responsive!
