Join us as we dive into the exciting world of STEM in education and school libraries! Powered by STEMfinity, your one stop stem shop and our friends at ClubCast, an educational podcasting platform, we’ll explore innovative tools, creative programs, policy affecting our schools and libraries, and real-world strategies to bring science, tech, engineering, and math to life in your school community.

We believe that school libraries are the heart of providing access to all resources—books and beyond— opening doors to the ever-growing world of STEM. That’s why we’ll be sitting down with a variety of guests—fellow librarians, district decision makers, vendors, and creators—who are all making an impact in STEM education.

So whether you're a librarian like us or  just STEM-curious, join us as we gear up, geek out, and get inspired!

Episode 3 (video version): Van ISD STEM Bus and Merge EDU

In this episode we chat with how a small rural school district in Texas built a mobile STEM lab program and also hear from our friends from Merge EDU.

Have you ever thought about having your own mobil STEM bus in your school district? Well, anything is possible when you dream big and collaborate with the community around here. The Instructional Technology Department in Van ISD joins us to chat about how they got started, how the fund it, and all the experiences they are providing not only for their students in Van, but in other school districts and events all over Texas!

Our friend Isabella from Merge EDU also joins us to share how augmented reality is changing the game. See how this hands on, interactive, 3D online database provides a different way for kids to explore science concepts.
