Your goals don't care if you had a bad day or week or month or even year it will remain where you left it . I encourage you Don't get lost in distractions , be about your goals change those bad habits that will cause you to log behind. Work on your goals as if your life depends on it work on your goals as if it was the last day you had to work on it, work on your goals as if they were you by tomorrow.
