Grethe Bergly is the CEO of Multiconsult, one of the leading firms of consulting engineers, architects, and designers in Norway. Before becoming CEO, she has played various roles at Multiconsult for 17 years.   

 

Lena Elisabeth Bygballe is an associate professor and the head of Centre for the Construction Industry at BI. Her research interests are innovation processes and inter-organizational relationships, with construction industry as a particular empirical setting.
