Episode 12: Seller Motivation
This episode covers motivations for selling. Without a strong motivation, your home sale can linger for much longer than it needs to and whatever challenges you encounter could lead you to quit early.  Seller motivation is either an external force driving you to sell your home or simply and internal desire to sell and move on. Know what your motivation is and discuss it with your agent. Moving for a new job, schools, death in the family, or relocation to a new city are specific external factors for moving. While simply feeling like you're tired of your home and want something new is an internal factor. External factors are usually stronger. Keep it top of mind to drive you forward and know that selling your home is typically needed to move on to the next phase in your life, and getting there is the end goal (not selling your home).
