Hello and welcome back to Series 7 of STATE OF MIND podcast with your host, Nutritional Therapist @gracekingswell

So, onto today’s topic of Intuitive eating and my guest this week is Jade Leighton. Aside from being one of my oldest friends, Jade is also a Nutritional Therapist with so much knowledge to share with you all.
This chat is completely unedited and my goodness do we cover a lot of ground. We delve not only into the principles behind intuitive eating (and our very much uncensored opinions around that), but also candida, blood sugar, gut health and more.
I’d like to warm you though, that some of the content may be triggering for those dealing with a difficult relationship with food. One of the best uses of intuitive eating is in recovery from an eating disorder, and we do cover this in the podcast.
