Sonderfolge: Wahlmodul „Corporate Culture – VerlinkedIn Rhein-Main“

In dieser Sonderfolge geht es um Corporate Culture – die Unternehmenskultur. Gemeinsam mit Prof. Dr. Dr. Alexander Moutchnik, Professor für Medienwirtschaft und Medienökonomie an der Hochschule RheinMain, sowie Studierenden haben wir uns im Wahlmodul Corporate Culture – VerlinkedIn Rhein-Main mit diesem Thema beschäftigt. Im Rahmen von Unternehmensexkursionen bekamen die Studierenden Einblicke in unterschiedliche Unternehmenskulturen der Rhein-Main-Region: von Familienbetrieben über international agierende IT- und Industrieunternehmen bis hin zu Finanzdienstleistern und dem Start-up Day der Hochschule RheinMain. Dabei stellten sie sich zentrale Fragen: Was macht eine gute Unternehmenskultur aus? Warum ist sie für Berufseinstieg und Karriere so entscheidend? Was bedeutet Unternehmenskultur für eine Gründung? Hört rein und erfahrt, welche Eindrücke internationale Studierende gewonnen haben – und wie Werte, Räume und Zusammenarbeit die Arbeitswelt prägen.

 

Dieses Wahlmodul des Projekts „International Career Service Rhein-Main“ wird nur im Wintersemester angeboten. Teilnehmen können Studierende der Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, der Hochschule Darmstadt, der Hochschule RheinMain, der Technischen Universität Darmstadt und der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.
