Starting over isn't always neat.  It doesn't mean paper shredding something you don't want to remember or just throwing out things with the next day's garbage.  Sometimes, it means being honest about everything!

Being honest about how ridiculous the pain is at the expense of yourself and others, about how funny how some situations that come up truly are and that the end of the day being able to connect to other people who experience the same.
