Narcissism and hubris in leadership. Featuring Professor Eugene Sadler Smith, AlixPartners’ Ted Bililies, Ph.D, and host Thomas Morineaux.
What drives founders and leaders to begin their start-up journey? How can they effectively handle the different stages of growth and “let go of their baby”? And how do the leadership traits at the top contribute to – or constrict – an organisation’s development? To close out our first season, we focus on the area of business leadership in the start-up environment with host Thomas Morineaux, Ted Bililies, Ph.D., head of AlixPartners’ Transformative Leadership practice, and Eugene Sadler-Smith, Author and Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Surrey Business School, at the University of Surrey.
