Katt Brooks is a Holistic Grief coach. With over a decade of experience in grief and bereavement, Katt supports clients nationally & internationally to unpack and honour the layers of emotions that may be on their hearts after a grief experience.
Katt is on a mission to educate and advocate for the power of honouring our grief, vulnerability & shadow to nurture and ignite our light. Katt weaves a completely holistic perspective in the support she offers her clients.
Grief is necessary, it’s a process we can go through to metamorphosing our trauma and working through the emotions we’re faced with to avoid harbouring them inside us for weeks, months or even years. Grief is so important. When we cry we are actually inviting life back into our bodies and to our spirits. We need to empty ourselves of those emotions.
