- Kate shares her favorite quote "Create a better world for those yet to exist"
- Intro: I share bits of advice for those who have started their activism journey or wants to! Go for it, you are needed, and it's okay if you make mistakes, you learn from them! What's important is you go into this journey with an open mind to learning. Activism is a journey, not a place or end goal.
- Kate is a photographer, graphic designer, painter, student, diver, activist, and so much more. She does her best to live a sustainable lifestyle through every facet of life. She even works at a zero waste store where she can directly help people cut down on their use of plastic! She also lives in Hawaii so I can easily get up close and personal with the plastic pollution problem. Her goal is to create content that inspires people to practice activism in their own life, from whatever corner of the world they are currently in! She is working on a film to show case all this!
- Kate shares her own experiences that lead her to become involved with conservation and sharing educational content about plastic and microplastic. She also shares about her own activism journey and how it's a process and always evolving! Pick something you care about and want to change and get involved to make a difference!
