Hello again amazing and wonderful people! Today I'm going to share with you the ONLY thing you need to buy real estate- ok fine, maybe not the only thing. However, this is hands down the most important component to acquiring real estate. That is....CREDIT! How good are you at paying someone back? If you have excellent credit and little to no money or income, acquiring real estate is more possible than you think.  Work on improving credit (at LEAST a 650) and there are endless possibilities.
