Being the leader is sometimes a very lonely and isolated position. This episode explains why there are times of loneliness and how you can embrace the importance of what you do for God.
Even the best of Christians get discouraged sometimes! This episode gives a short list of remedies for those times when you are feeling down.
As a leader, you cannot always be sweet and kind and patient and forbearing. There will be times that require you to be bold, firm, blunt, unpopular and unflinching. "To whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required."Luke 12:48 What a sobering realization, that we will be held accountable for what God has given us. Ultimately, we will be without excuse when we stand before Him at the Judgment Seat.
One of the most consequential decisions a person can make is to leave their church. This episode gives a list of biblical reasons to change churches, and how to do it correctly.
The secret ingredient to success is taking ownership of the problem rather than passing the blame. This episode deals with the importance of a rare leadership quality that could change your life.
